Stainless steel bearings can be used in underwater and humid corrosive environments. They are generally used in food machinery, medical supplies, beverage processing lines, ships, outdoor appliances, chemical appliances, and other special places. Some ultra-corrosive environments such as electroplating, printing and dyeing.
The stainless steel bearing is made of 9Cr18 (AISI440) stainless steel ball bearing with strong corrosion resistance. The product series includes stainless steel single and double row deep groove ball bearings, stainless steel outer spherical bearings, stainless steel thrust ball bearings, etc. Non-standard bearings can be produced according to customer requirements.
The commonly used stainless steel material is AISI440C (9Cr18), which can reach the hardness of HRC58-62, and can be used for high-precision grinding. The accuracy grade is the same as that of ordinary bearing steel. The corrosion resistance is superior to that of ordinary bearing steel under high temperature. The general working temperature is 100 degrees higher than that of ordinary bearing steel.
Description of stainless steel bearing with international standard configuration: AISI440C (9Cr18) material is used to make bearing inner and outer rings and steel balls, AISI304 (0Cr19Ni9) material is used to make bearing retainer and closure cover, rubber closure is made of AISI304 (0Cr19Ni9) material, and the inner framework is made of butadiene rubber.
